According to NRT the delegation arrived at the Erbil International Airport later the day and was received by a Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) delegation.

According to the report the HDP officials are set to visit Masoud Barzani in an effort to express condolence for death of his nephew.

The delegation included HDP co-chair Pervin Buldan, Osman Baydemir, Feleknas Uca, Zeynep Buga and Imam Tascier.

It is expected to meet with party officials at 5:00 p.m. during its visits to Sulaimani and Erbil.
