In response to a Kurdpress question about how he evaluates the French President Macron's visit to the Iraqi Kurdistan, he said: "Macron's visit had an important political message for the Kurds in the international arena. France has been supporting the Kurds for many years, and has played an active role, especially on the Kurdish issue and the Kurdish-Kurdish talks between the Syrian Kurdish parties and the Americans.
The PIK leader continued as saying: "Macron wants to resolve the differences between the Kurdish movements, because until the problems between the Kurdish parties do not end, the United States and France will not be able to complete their plans in the Kurdistan Region and the Kurdish Autonomous Administration in Syria."
He added: "One of the differences between the Kurdish parties of the ENKS and PYD is in the Kurdistan region and until the problems there are not resolved, the Kurdish differences in Syria will not be over."
"Macron met with Kurdish officials in Erbil and Sulaimani and his message was clear. The Kurdish issue will not end until the problems between the Kurds are not resolved," Mr. Serbilind said.
He noted that during his visit to the Kurdistan Region, Macron issued a message to the countries of the region that he supports the Kurds.
