The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 51st session of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), IRNA reported.
Both sides also discussed regional and international issues and the latest developments as well as the measures taken by the EU and the world to use benefits of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) after US illegal withdrawal from the deal were among other topics discussed by both sides.
Iran's foreign minister arrived in Singapore on Wednesday to attend the 51st session of ASEAN.
