According to him, with the withdrawal of military forces and the establishment of internal security forces, the security situation in Kobani, Shadadi and other areas of northern Syria will be stabilized, and at the same time, discussions about the future of the strategic border crossing of Samalka between Damascus and Mazloum Abdi continue.

He also said about the people of Afrin, Sarekani (Ras al-Ain) and Garhsepi (Tal Abiz) that all displaced persons will return to their areas with dignity.

Marwan Al-Ali stated that for this purpose, technical and logistical measures have been started to evacuate the houses that are now in the hands of other people and hand them over to their original owners.
