Akram Saleh, the reporter of this network, reported that the situation in the city is normal and the first and second stages of the agreement have been implemented. According to him, in the first stage, the forces entered Qamishlu, and in the second stage, the forces affiliated with the Syrian government were moved from inside the city to the points designated for them in the agreement.
Akram Saleh also stated that the SDF forces will remain in the framework of three brigades in Kobani and Hasaka; including in Jabal Kokb, "Al-Wazara" area, Tal Baytar (which was previously called the base of American forces) and Jabal Abdul Aziz.
At the same time, the new governor of Haskeh has officially started his activity. Marwan Ali, the director of internal security, announced that the appointment of Nuruddin Ahmed as the governor of Haskeh was issued by Ahmed Sharia, the head of the interim government of Syria.
On the issue of flags, Akram Saleh said that only the Syrian flag was raised on top of the Haskeh governorate building, but in the square in front of the building, the flag of the Kurdistan Region was installed by a number of citizens.
