According to Kurdpress, the US ambassador to Turkey has described the peace process between the PKK and Turkish government as an important effort to resolve the conflict.

Tom Barak emphasized, referring to the role of Erdogan,as well as officials such as Hakan Fidan and Ibrahim Kalin.

According to him, this process is part of a broader opportunity at the regional level. Barak described the peace process as an opportunity for convergence and defining a common future.
