According to Al-Ma'loumeh Net, Sirvan Baban said: "Mustafa Kadhimi's trip to the Kurdistan region was useless and was a ceremonial and partisan show with the aim of escaping from the burden of the main responsibilities towards the Iraqi citizens."

The independent representative of the Kurdistan Parliament added: "This trip has not brought any achievements so far."

It should be noted that al-Kadhimi arrived in the Kurdistan Region on September 9 for a two-day visit and met with a number of officials and party leaders in the region.
