According to Kurdpress, in the framework of the January 30 agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Syrian Interim Government, a convoy of internal security forces of the Ministry of Interior of Syria entered the city of Hasakah to start the implementation of the clauses of the agreement and coordination with the internal security forces of the Autonomous Administration (Asayesh).
According to local Syrian sources, a convoy from the Ministry of Interior of the Syrian Interim Government entered the city of Hasakah under the supervision of the security forces of the island canton. This move was made within the framework of the agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian Interim Government, and its purpose is security coordination and the implementation of integration and cooperation clauses.
Farhad Shami, the head of the SDF media center, announced that this convoy includes about 125 people from the forces of the Syrian Provisional Government and will be deployed in three specific points in the center of the city with the cooperation of the Asayesh forces. These forces are obliged to fully comply with laws and order, maintain public security and protect the life and property of citizens.
In the same direction, Marwan Ali, the commander of the internal security forces that arrived in Haskeh, has ordered the internal security units to perform their duties according to the predetermined plans and to fully monitor the security and general order of the city.
According to Shami's announcement, on Monday, the first group of vehicles and troops with the convoy entered Haskeh, and on Tuesday, the second group with the same number will enter Qamishlo city. All the forces that enter the city of Hasakeh will operate within the framework of the agreements, and their deployment in three specific points in the city center will be done in coordination with the local forces.
This action took place after the January 30 agreement between the interim government of Syria and the Syrian Democratic Forces, which includes 14 clauses and aims to establish a joint cooperation mechanism, maintain security and coordinate urban management in the areas under the control of the SDF forces.
