"Ahmed al-Shora", the head of the interim government of Syria, announced during the fifth "Antalya Diplomacy Assembly" that the process of integrating the SDF into government structures is progressing rapidly and in a positive direction. He described this process as a key part of the "national unity" project in Syria and said: "The process of integrating the SDF into government institutions continues and everything is going on its way."
In another part of his speech, Al-Shara addressed the developments in the energy sector and announced the signing of an important agreement with Iraq. According to him, according to this agreement, Iraqi oil will be exported to the world markets through Syrian soil and ports. The head of the interim government of Syria also announced that the military bases of foreign forces in the north and east of the country have been evacuated and the last forces have left the territory of Syria.
