Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi instructed to implement the joint security agreement between the Joint Operations Command and the Peshmerga forces in the disputed areas, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Peshmerga, Lieutenant-General Jabbar Yawar, announced on Friday.
