He stated that consultations are ongoing and an agreement appears to have been reached to table the bill before the end of July—prior to the parliamentary recess.

    Turkish Service - Murad Garaylan, a member of the People's Defense Center Command, once again warned that the current peace process will not succeed without the release of Abdullah Ocalan. He also asked the Turkish government to abandon the policy of denial and exclusion and recognize the existence of the Kurds in order to solve the Kurdish problem.
